Shipping & Return

Shipping

Shipping in The Netherland will be carried out by PostNL. 
 

  1. For the delivery status, a Track & Trace code will be provided.

  2. Shipping to your address. In case no one is at home, the order will be delivered to your neighbours or an official postNL point. 

  3. Orders will be delivered from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.

  4. Free shipping in The Netherlands

Return

Is the Devoon speaker not as expected and want to return it? No problem! Please follow to following steps so we can easily and quickly return the order:

​

  1. Fill in the Return Form (see below)
    Please fill in all the boxes from the Return Form. We will send you an email within five working days with additional instructions after receiving your return request.​​
     

  2. Pack your order
    Please put all the products carefully back into the original package. Make sure the Devoon speaker is properly covered so it won't damage during shipping. 
     

  3. Ship your order
    Take your package to an official Post NL point. The risk of shipping and the return shipping cost lies with the customer. 
     

  4. Refund
    We will provide you with a refund within five working days after receiving the return order. The refund will be transferred to your bank account.
