Q: When will I receive my speaker?
A: Delivery is guaranteed before the holidays in the last week of November 2025.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Active speakers start at €1,050 (regular €1,500) and Passive speakers at €910 (regular €1,300). All pre-orders include 30% discount.
Q: What makes the first 25 pre-orders special?
A: The first 25 customers receive a 30% launch discount on all models, signed edition (batch nr 1-25), exclusive sound journey event invitation, and guaranteed delivery before the Christmas holidays (last week of November).
Q: Can I reserve with a deposit?
A: Yes, secure your pre-order with a 50% down payment (€455 for Passive, €525 for Active). The remaining 50% at delivery.
Q: How do I connect and control the speaker?
A: Active models are all-in-one: simply plug into a power outlet and stream music directly via our app, WiFi, AirPlay 2, Bluetooth or aux cable. Multiple active speakers can also connect wirelessly with each other, allowing you to create a seamless multi-room setup.
Passive models work without built-in electronics and require an external amplifier, connected by a cable.

Q: Can I change my order after placing it?

A: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from delivery date. Pre-orders can be cancelled with full refund until production starts.
